Turning Complexity into Structure,
and Structure into Momentum
At Solidare, we help businesses that are outgrowing the systems they started with regain clarity — and build the operational structure needed for confident, sustainable growth.
Our clients are founder-led, values-driven teams. They’ve built something great — but the spreadsheets, informal handoffs, and late-night catchups that once worked are starting to break down. Now, growth is showing up as billing delays, missed tasks, and too many key people doing too much.
That’s where we come in.
We take a full-picture view of your operations — not just the back office, but how your business actually functions day to day. Our maturity assessments and benchmarking tools uncover what’s working, what’s holding you back, and what needs to change for the next stage. Then we help you build it: clean up the chaos, automate what’s repeatable, and design scalable processes with clear ownership.
Our Values
-
We don’t just make recommendations — we stand behind them. That’s why we tie part of our compensation to results, and stay involved long enough to see them through.
-
We bring practical expertise to every engagement, and a structured approach designed to make change stick — not just sit on a slide deck.
-
We meet you where you are — no judgment, no jargon. We understand the pressure you’re under, and we’re here to lighten the load.
Whether you need a one-time diagnostic or a long-term partner to help smooth out what’s beneath your business, we’re here to get you from where you are to where you’re going — with clarity, calm, and structure that lasts.
But who are we, really?
Solidare is led by Mike Gervais, whose work draws on a wide-ranging background and a practical curiosity for how things fit together — and how they fall apart.
I’ve always liked the saying, ‘When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.’ That’s why I’ve spent my career building a full toolkit — not just a bigger hammer.
My background spans mechanical engineering, business administration, recruitment, financial management, leadership, software development, and data analysis. I’ve also studied music theory, multiple languages, and worked internationally — each experience offering a new lens on how businesses function behind the scenes.
That breadth helps me spot problems others miss — and solve them without relying on brute force or default playbooks.
What drives me, above all, is a good puzzle — especially the ones that live between disciplines, where the best solutions usually hide.
